Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani has stressed that during his talks with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, he found openness regarding Syria.

He said “it is very important to lift sanctions on Syria so that its government can start working”.

“We are working with the Americans and the brotherly Arab countries to lift the sanctions on Syria,” he added.
