Qatari Culture Minister visits Damascus

Qatari Culture Minister Abdulrahman bin Hamad bin Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani visited Damascus today upon the invitation of Culture Minister Mohammad Yassin Saleh.

Saleh said in a statement to SANA that the visit reflects the depth of cultural relations between the two brotherly countries and establishes a foundation for building future partnerships in various cultural fields.

Saleh pointed out that the new Syria will always be culturally open to its natural depth with its Arab brothers and with the regional and global surroundings, in an effort to reposition great Syria in the place it deserves.
