Qatar reiterates its full support for Syria’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity

ANTALYA, Apr.12, (ST)-Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, reiterated Qatar’s full support for Syria’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity, and the aspirations of its brotherly people for security and stability.

The Qatari News Agency (QNA) reported today that during the meeting of the Qatari Prime Minister with the Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa yesterday on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Turkey, the two sides reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them.

They also discussed the latest developments in Syria, Qatar’s support for Syria in the energy sector, and a number of issues of common interest.
