(Qasad) militia raids a number of homes and kidnaps civilians in the countryside of Al-Hasakah and Deir Ezzor

“Qasad” militia, backed by the American occupation forces, continued its criminal acts against civilians in the areas which are under its control in the Syrian Jazira, where during the past hours they kidnapped a number of civilians in Hasaka and Deir Ezzor countryside.

Local sources told SANA that “armed men from Qasad militia ”armed with weapons stormed the town of Dhiban in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and started  a search campaign in the homes of people and stole from these homes under the pretext of searching for what they called” wanted”. They kidnapped a number of civilians and took them to unknown destinations.

In the same context in the countryside of Hasaka, the sources said, “A group of Qasad militia gunmen kidnapped two young men after they were arrested at one of its checkpoints in the village of Umm Al-Zer, north of Al-Shaddadi city, and took them to an unknown destination.”

Moreover an armed groups affiliated with “Qasad militia” cordoned off the village of Al-Husaywa in the Tal Hamis district in the eastern countryside of Hasaka, stormed a house there and kidnapped two young men and took them to an unknown destination.
