Putin’s Decision to Confront “ISIL” in Syria Logical – Ex-Czech President

PRAGUE, (ST) Former Czech President Vaclav Klaus has stressed that “the Russian President Valdimir Putin’s decision to fight “ISIL” terrorist organization in Syria is a good and logical step”.

In a statement to “Parliamentary Papers” website, Klaus said the Russian efforts to eliminate ISIL and solve the crisis in Syria will hopefully be successful.

 He blamed the European Union for the current refugee crisis in Europe, particularly some European leaders like German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and the French President Francios Holland.
