Public Marathon will be held on Friday

On the occasion of International Handicapped Day and with the cooperation between Syrian Special Olympic Institution, Damascus Governorate, Ministry of Education and Damasco Group Institution, Damascus First Marathon for Special Needs will be held on Friday morning in Fayha Sports buildings.

Dr. Ahmad Al-Nabulsi (representing Damascus Governer), Director of Syrian Olympic Institution Tarif Qotrash, Director of Physical Education at the Ministry of Education Abdul Al-Hameed Al-Zureer and the Sports Director of the Olympics Talal Barneh will attend the Marathon.

2500 men and women will participate in the race which will start from Al-Fayhaa’ for a distance of 3 Km.
