Protests continue in Lebanon demanding better living conditions

Beirut, ST- Popular protests continued in Lebanon today demanding  better living conditions and no additional  taxes, while a number of roads ,official institutions, schools and universities  are still closed.

The protesters continued to close  a number of roads between Beirut and the south, as well as a number of main and secondary roads in Tripoli, north of Lebanon, and its  entrances and the roads linking the city with Koura, Zgharta and the highway to Beirut in both directions,in addition to  the old sea route.

Protesters also erected a large tent in the middle of the road between Tripoli and Akkar.
