Prisoner’s Society: Israeli occupation authorities detain 20 Palestinians in the West Bank, not including those detained in Jenin

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Israeli occupation authorities detained this morning 20 Palestinians from across the occupied territories, not including an unknown number of people detained in the city of Jenin in the ongoing military onslaught on Jenin refugee camp, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

It said five people were detained in the town of Halhoul in the south of the West Bank, along with a father and his son who were detained in Jalazon refugee camp, near Ramallah, after raiding their home in order to force another son to turn himself to the occupation forces.

In addition, three Palestinians were detained in the town of Husan, near Bethlehem, two in Tubas, and one in Jenin district. The others were from Nablus, Qalqilya, and East Al-Qudss (Jerusalem).

The PPS said that Israeli occupation authorities have detained more than 4000 Palestinians during the first half of this year.
