Prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous continues his hunger strike in rejection of the Israeli occupation’s crimes against prisoners
Palestinian prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous continues his hunger strike for the 53rd day in rejection of the Israeli occupation’s violations and ongoing crimes against prisoners.
The Prisoner’s Club warned in a statement todayof the seriousness of the health condition of prisoner Kayed, as a result of the policy of slow killing practiced by the occupation authorities against him.
He cannot stand or walk and suffers from severe fatigue and emaciation, constant dizziness, permanent pain in the body.
The club stated that the prisoner Kayed, 34 years old, from the town of Dura, south of Hebron, is now in Ashkelon detention center, where the occupation authorities continue to use physical and psychological torture methods against him.
The club renewed its call on the international community to pressure the occupation to release all Palestinian prisoners in its detention centers, who are subjected to abuse and inhumane repressive measures, especially the crime of deliberate medical negligence.
