DAMASCUS, (ST)_Prime Minister Hussien Arnos told reporters after he casted his vote in the presidential elections on Wednesday that Syrian people have expressed their firm national stance through their participation in the elections being held today.
“The number of participants in the elections is beyond expectations,” Arnos said, asserting that Syrian themselves decide the future of Syria and no power in the world can force their will on them.
He pointed out that the elections are a turning point that will establish a new stage full with hope.
