President Putin: The International Economic Forum “Russia & The Islamic World” will be held next May
Russian President Vladimir Putin issued today a decree establishing the International Economic Forum “Russia and the Islamic World, Kazan Forum”, which will be held annually.
According to the presidential decree published on the legal information portal of the Russian Federation, the forum has been established to promote the development of international economic cooperation with the Islamic world and others.
Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin has been appointed as head of the organizing committee of the forum, and the Russian government has been assigned to organize and prepare the forum, which is scheduled to hold its first session on the 18th and 19th of next May in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan.
