President of the European Council calls for an end to the Israeli aggression against Gaza

Rome (ST) – President of the European Council, Charles Michel, called for an end to the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and for respecting international law.

The Italian Aki agency quoted Michel as saying today: “The ceasefire is important, and it is very essential to allow humanitarian aid to reach Gaza Strip.”

Michel stressed that the European Union calls for adherence to international law and the provision of humanitarian support to the people of Gaza..

With the continuation of the Israeli aggression on Gaza since the 7th of last October, the number of victims rose to 33545 martyrs and 76094 wounded, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
