President Assad receives Congratulations from Patriarch Kirill of Federal Russia on Winning Elections

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ President Bashar al-Assad has received a cable of congratulations from Patriarch Kirill, of Moscow and All Russia on the occasion of winning the presidential elections in which he expressed confidence that national harmony and fraternity, Syria has been enjoying over the centuries will help to bring back its stability and peace.

Patriarch Kirill also extended in his cable to President Assad best wishes for more strength and courage to overcome the current crisis and restore security and peace for Syria and peace and security for the Syrian people.
