President Aoun awards Ambassador Ali the National Cedar Order on the occasion of the end of his duties and in appreciation of his efforts

Lebanese President Michel Aoun awarded Syria’s Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdel Karim Ali the National Order of the Cedar at the rank of Senior Officer, on the occasion of the end of his duties and in appreciation of his efforts in consolidating relations between the two brotherly countries.

After being awarded the medal, Ambassador Ali expressed his thanks and gratitude for this appreciation, and spoke about the brotherly relations and the close ties between the two countries, praising President Aoun’s role in maintaining these relations, since he was head of the Change and Reform bloc and during his years as president of the Lebanese Republic.

Ali expressed his hope to constantly activate relations between Syria and Lebanon, for the good of the one people in the two brotherly countries.
