President Al-Sharaa reviewed with Endowments Minister the importance of promoting moderate religious discourse

DAMASCUS, MAY.3, (ST)-Today, President Ahmad al-Sharaa met Minister of Endowments Mohamed Abu al-Khair Shukri and a number of the ministry’s officials.

The meeting addressed the importance of promoting moderate religious discourse and consolidating the values ​​of tolerance and national belonging.

It emphasized the pivotal role of religious institutions in promoting societal unity and the need for religious discourse to keep pace with contemporary challenges.

The Minister also reviewed the ministry’s plans and efforts to prepare imams and develop curricula for religious discourse.
