President Al-Sharaa receives congratulatory cable from President Erdoğan on Eid al-Fitr

DAMASCUS, Mar.29, (ST)-Today, President Ahmed Al-Sharaa received a congratulatory cable from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

In his cable, President Erdoğan said: “Dear President, my dear brother, I congratulate Your Excellency on the blessed Eid al-Fitr with my most sincere feelings. On the occasion of our blessed Eid, which I hope will bring peace and tranquility to the Islamic world and humanity as a whole, I pray to Allah Almighty to strengthen our solidarity and unity.”

On behalf of himself and the Turkish people, President Erdoğan expressed his wishes for health and happiness to President Al-Sharaa, and for well-being and prosperity to the friendly and brotherly Syrian people.
