President Al-Sharaa receives a message of congratulations from the Director of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons on the formation of the new Syrian Government

President Ahmed Al-Sharaa was congratulated by the Director-General of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Fernando Arias , upon announcing the formation of the new Syrian Government.

In his message, Arias expressed sincere congratulations on the formation of the new Government and wished President Al-Sharaa a success in implementing his programme aimed at stabilizing Syria and achieving the well-being of the Syrian people.
Arias reiterated his support for Syria in the transitional phase, including the efforts being made together to end the black page of Syria’s former Chemical Weapons Program once and for all.
