President Al-Sharaa receives a high-ranking Algerian delegation

DAMASCUS, Feb.8, ( ST)-Today, President Ahmad Al-Sharaa, and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, As’ad Al-Shibani, received a high-ranking delegation from the Republic of Algeria.

The delegation is headed by Mr. Ahmad Attaf, State Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Syria TV quoted the visiting Algerian Minister as saying:

– We stand by the Syrian people at this stage

– We are ready to cooperate with Damascus, especially in energy and investment sectors.

– Algeria will work to make the transitional phase in Syria a success

– We will coordinate with Syria in issues related to Arab affairs.
