In his telegram, the secretary-general expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to president Al-Sharaa on the occasion of the Blessed Eid al-Fitr, calling to Almighty God to grant His Excellency health, happiness, goodness and well-being and blessings to the decent Syrian people and the Arab and Islamic nation.
