President Al-Sharaa: “Israel” has exploited the regime’s collapse phase to launch attacks on Syria

President Ahmad Al-Sharaa affirmed that “Israel” has exploited the regime’s collapse phase to launch attacks on Syria. “Israel made incursions in several areas under security pretexts, but its expansionist intentions are apparent in this matter”, he said.

President Al-Sharaa made the remarks during an interview with Al-Arabiya Al-Hadath TV yesterday on the sidelines of the Extraordinary Arab Summit in Cairo.

He stressed that Syria is now in its natural place among its Arab brothers, as it is part of the Arab environment.

“Our relation with the Arabs in general was built before the Arab summit, and many Arab leaders have visited Damascus, and I made some visits to Arab countries, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs also visited a number of countries”, he clarified.

He added: Syria is in its natural place now, and I am not saying that it has returned to the Arab environment, as it is originally part of this environmemt, especially Egypt, “as they say, Egypt, and this has been the natural state throughout history.
