President Al-Assad: Syria highly appreciates UAE’s role in improving inter-Arab relations

President Bashar Al-Assad and Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), during a phone conversation on Sunday, dicussed the positive developments that took place in the Arab arena.

President Al-Assad expressed Syira’s apprecoation over the role being played by the United Arab Emirates in Arab rapproachement and in imporoving inter-Arab relations in a way that enhances Arab cooperation and serves the interests of the Arab countries and peoples.

The phone conversation also dealt with bilateral relations and continuous cooperation between Syria and the UAE in different fields.
