Other guests of the program said that the West has begun to reconsider its anti-Assad stances, stressing that President Al-Assad enjoys a strong personality and no one can now replace him so it is necessary to cooperate with him in counterterrorism. They hailed President Al-Assad’s role in preserving the secular character of the Syrian state and highly appreciated the effective Russian military participation in the fight against terrorism in Syria.

He pointed out that “Russia backs the Syrian government because it is supports international law and stability in the region and the entire world, whereas the United States seeks dominating the world and never tolerates any country to say no to its dictates.”
