President Al-Assad receives congratulatory cables from Arab and foreign leaders on 76th anniversary of Syria’ Independence Day
DAMASCUS, April.17, (ST)- On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of Independence Day [AKA Evacuation Day], President Bashar Al-Assad received on Sunday congratulatory cables from the leaders and heads of friendly Arab and foreign countries, during which they offered their warmest congratulations and wishes to the Syrians for further progress and prosperity.
The leaders affirmed their support for the unity and sovereignty of the Syrian territories and their keenness to continue efforts to strengthen and develop the relations of cooperation between their countries and Syria in various fields.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the cables were sent from:
