President Al-Assad receives a congratulatory cable from South Ossetia’s President on his victory in the presidential elections
DAMASCUS, (ST)_President Bashar Al-Assad received on Tuesday a congratulatory cable from the president of South Ossetia Anatoliy Bibilov on his victory in the presidential elections.
In his cable, President Bibilov said that the major victory of President Al-Assad in the elections has clearly shown the respect and the appreciation of the Syrian people to President Al-Assad and their trust in him as well as their support for his program that aims to achieve comprehensive development.
He asserted that the friendly relationship between South Ossetia and Syria will develop and enhance due to joint efforts of the two leaders of the two countries.
President Bibilov expressed his sincere wishes for the success for President Al-Assad in continuing to lead the Syrian people to achieve their aspirations for stability, progress and prosperity.
