President al-Assad issues law on the Rights of the Child

President Bashar Al-Assad issued on Sunday Law No. 21 for the year 2021 on the Rights of the Child.

The new law aims to strengthen the role of the state in public and private institutions in protecting and caring for the child and ensuring the child’s upbringing, development, and scientific, cultural, psychological and social rehabilitation, to build his personality and enable him to contribute to all areas of development.
