President al-Assad issues a legislative decree

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ President Bashar al-Assad issued on Monday the 2013 legislative decree No.2 stipulates for setting up social care centers.

The decree reads that the centers are to be established under a decision from Labor and Social Affairs Ministry in coordination with Local Administration, SANA reported.

Concerning financial matter, the centers’ Funds are to be allocated within Local Administration Ministry’s budget. Moreover, local and international donations are to be accepted according to valid laws.
