President al-Assad issues a law ratifying the air services agreement signed between Syria and Armenia

President Bashar al-Assad issued Law No. 3 to ratify the Air Services Agreement, signed between Syria and Armenia, and to develop cooperation with Armenia in the field of air services and in line with the need to organize and facilitate the movement of passengers and goods between the two countries, especially after the unilateral coercive measures taken by the European Union against Syria.
