President Al-Assad grants general amnesty for crimes committed before April 30, 2022

President Bashar Al-Assad on Saturday issued legislative decree No. 7 for 2022, granting general amnesty for the terrorist crimes committed against the Syrians before April 30, 2022, except those that caused the death of people.
