President al-Assad Decrees on Establishing 2nd Faculty of Medicine in Tartous

DAMASCUS,(ST)- President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued decree No. 136 for 2013.

The decree provides for the establishment of the 2^nd Faculty of Medicine in Tartous Governorate.

The Faculty is affiliated to Tishreen University.
