President Al-Assad congratulates the Syrian armed forces on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr

President Bashar Al-Assad on Wednesday congratulated the Syrian armed forces on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, the Ministry of Defense said in a post on facebook.

In a statement, the ministry said that President Al-Assad expressed his warmest congratulations and blessings to the members of the armed forces on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, wishing them continued success in performing their national tasks and duties and asking God Almighty for mercy and forgiveness to the nation’s martyrs, for recovery to the wounded, and for good health to their families.

The president also wished many happy returns of this occasion to all people of the country, while complete victory is achieved over terrorism, its tools, and its supporters and every inch of the Syrian land is liberated from occupation and Syria regains its prosperity as well as its active and important position.
