President Al-Assad Congratulates on Azerbaijan National Day

DAMASCUS, (ST)-President Bashar Al-Assad on Monday sent a congratulation cable to Azerbaijan President Ilham Heydar Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s National Day.

In the cable, President Al-Assad expressed, on behalf of the Syrian people and on his own behalf, heartfelt and best wishes for the President and the friendly people of Azerbaijan.
