Popular demonstrations in Al-Shaddadi against SDF militia practices

Al-Hasakah, (ST) – Citizens of Al-Shaddadi city in Al-Hasakah countryside demonstrate against US-backed SDF militia demanding an end to its crimes and the release of the kidnapped citizens.

Local sources told SANA that, citizens of the city of Al-Shaddadi went out in popular demonstrations at the eastern entrance of the city, denouncing violations and crimes of the SDF militia.

The sources added that, demonstrators burned tires and closed the main road, while the militia militants cordoned off the area and summoned additional reinforcements.

 

In Deir Ezzor, local sources told SANA that, a military vehicle belonging to the SDF militia had been damaged by the explosion of an explosive device planted by the popular factions in the village of Harmousheh.

The attacks on the sites and movements of “SDF” militia have escalated for several months during which dozens of its militants were killed in the areas of its deployment in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, Al-Hasakah and Raqqa.
