Abu Dhabi (ST): Police Club player Najla Al Sharqi won the gold medal in the Arab Fencing Club Championship held in the United Arab Emirates.

Al Sharqi won the gold medal in the individual saber fencing after defeating the player of the Emirati club Fujairah in the final match.

Al Sharqi qualified for the final after defeating an Egyptian player in the semi-finals and a player from the Emirati Baniyas Club in the quarter-finals.
