PM calls for cabinet meeting to materialize President Al-Assad’s plan

DAMASCUS, (ST) — Prime Minister Wael al- Halki on Monday called for a “qualitative” cabinet meeting to lay out the necessary mechanisms for the “national program” proposed a day earlier by President Bashar al-Assad, the state TV reported.
