Pezeshkian: We will pay special attention to deepening relations with the world’s countries, especially neighboring countries
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stressed that the main approach in the foreign policy of the new Iranian government is to open new horizons and comprehensively expand friendly relations with other governments on the basis of dialogue, cooperation, equality and mutual respect.
During telephone calls and written messages with leaders and officials from more than 40 States, Pezeshkian stressed that his government will pay special attention to deepening comprehensive relations with neighboring States, regional governments and other governments as much as possible.
Pezeshkian won the presidential election held on the fifth of July to be Iran’s ninth president, while member of the Presidium of the Shura Council Mojtaba Yousfi announced that the inauguration ceremony of Pezeshkian will be held on Tuesday, July 30.
