Petrides: Cyprus will respond to Turkish regime’s illegal acts

NICOSIA, (ST)_ The Cypriot Minister of Defense Charalambos Petrides declared on Sunday that his country will never surrender to the illegal and unaccepted acts of the Turkish regime. 
 
“We will respond with all available means to the Turkish acts through the European Union and Cyprus’s strategic alliances and international diplomacy with the aim of enhancing our stances and proposals,” the Cypriot minister said. 
 
He added that his country informed the international community that Cypriot settlement will be within the relevant UN resolutions. 
 
Recently, Petrides stated that the Turkish regime destabilize the region and issues extremist thoughts for its interests.
