Peskov: Work continues on formulating the theory of Russia’s foreign policy

Moscow (ST): Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stressed that work is continuing on formulating the theory of Russia’s foreign policy and will be carried out taking into account the current situation in the world.

RIA Novosti news agency quoted Peskov as saying  “Our foreign policy documents are subject to change, as one week ago, during the meeting of the permanent members of the Russian Security Council, the main outlines of the theory of our new foreign policy were considered, and currently work is underway to finalize it, taking into account the recent developments”.

Peskov had made it clear earlier that Moscow is interested in cooperation with all countries, including the United States and Europe, but is looking for opportunities to expand cooperation only when there is reciprocity.
