Moscow, (ST) – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described the situation in the Gaza Strip a month after the Israeli aggression as extremely difficult, even disastrous from a humanitarian point of view.
Peskov indicated in statements to reporters today about the Israeli aggression on Gaza, reported by RT, that the Israeli occupation war continues, and in the light of this situation it is very important for us to provide a humanitarian truce, and it is very important for us to meet the humanitarian needs of the civilian population in Gaza.
Peskov stressed that Russia is in daily contact with countries in the Middle East, although there are currently no plans for contacts at the highest level. He pointed out that Russian efforts are continuing to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza.
