Peskov: Russia will continue to help Syria in the fight against terrorism

Moscow (ST): Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov affirmed his country’s support for Syria in the fight against terrorist organizations.

The website of Russia Today channel quoted Peskov as saying in a statement today that “unfortunately, there are still terrorist organizations on Syrian territory,” referring to the great Russian efforts exerted in support of Syria in the war against terrorism.

Peskov added: “Russia will continue to help the Syrians and the Syrian state to fight terrorists.”
