People’s Liberation Commission of Golan: The struggle of Golan people is an example for the free people of the world

On February 13th, the People’s Liberation Commission affirmed that the people of the occupied Golan stand against the Zionist entity and their continuous struggle has become an example for the free people of the world and a model of resistance.

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the comprehensive strike, the commission stated that “the historical national document emanating from the great national strike has become a constitution for national action that consolidates the Arab identity of the Golan and its rooted Syrian identity throughout history.”

The commission indicated that the actions of the Zionist entity in the occupied Golan by establishing settlements and wind turbines on agricultural lands, in addition to providing support to terrorist groups in Syria over the past years, are only a small part of the enemy’s policy and approach to expand the circle of conflict.

The commission reiterated that the Syrian people, with all its components, stood by the people of the occupied Golan and rejected all false decisions against them.

The commission stressed that the occupation will come to an end and the people of the Golan will remain the title of steadfastness and confrontation.

At the conclusion of its statement, the commission saluted the heroic martyrs and prisoners and freedom fighters in the Golan and Palestine who are fighting honor battles to achieve the legitimate goals of liberation and return.
