People’s Assembly continues to discuss the draft law on intangible cultural heritage

Damascus (ST): The People’s Assembly, in its tenth session of the second special term, held under the chairmanship of its speaker Hammoudeh Sabbagh,  continued the discussion of the draft law on intangible cultural heritage.

The Assembly approved by majority the articles 17 and 18 of the draft law related to the criteria adopted for registering the heritage elements, which are the historical, scientific and artistic.

In another context, a number of MPs talked about the importance of the presidential elections, calling on the Syrians inside Syria and abroad to participate massively in the elections, with their national and constitutional duties, and affirming that this constitutional event is truly a declaration of the victory of Syria and its independent decision.
