People in the South Lebanese town of Kfar Shuba confront the provocative practices of the Israeli enemy

The residents of the border town of Kfar Shuba in south Lebanon today confronted the provocative practices carried out by a unit of the Israeli enemy forces, which was digging a trench in the town’s vicinity.

The Israeli enemy forces were provided with a bulldozer and protected by Merkava tanks while they were digging a one-meter-wide trench in the Birkat al-Naqqar area. The people were able to stop the work of the bulldozer, which withdrew to the Ramtha site.

In turn, member of the “Development and Liberation” bloc, the Lebanese MP, Qassem Hashem, said: “What the Israeli enemy is doing in the Kfar Shuba heights is a new attack”. He added: “The violations and attacks carried out by the Israeli enemy are taking place without the international organization moving a finger, calling on the Lebanese government to file an urgent complaint to the United Nations to stop the ongoing Israeli actions, because they constitute a new attack, which necessitates that the international community move to put an end to the actions and provocations of the Israeli enemy that threaten regional security and stability.
