People in the occupied Golan stress Golan will remain a Syrian Arab land

Occupied Syrian Golan, (ST) – The people in the occupied Syrian Golan reaffirmed that the Golan will continue to a Syrian Arab land, and that it will return to the homeland, no matter how long the Israeli occupation lasts.

In a statement marking the 41st anniversary of the null and void Israeli annexation decision, the people in Golan, said “we affirm our categorical rejection of this void decision and all the Israeli occupation plans that aim at stripping us of our national belonging”.

They stressed their continuous struggle and resistance until the entire Golan is liberated from the occupation, reiterating that the Golan with its land, people, soil and water will remain a Syrian Arab land and that all the occupation’s plans and procedures, foremost of which is the “annexation decision,” are doomed to failure.

The people in occupied Golan concluded their statement by saluting President Bashar Al-Assad, the heroic Syrian army and the steadfast people. They stressed that they are looking forward to liberating the Golan from the Israeli occupation and returning it to Syria.
