People in the occupied Syrian Golan, during a protest on Saturday, reaffirmed that they will not give up any of their rights or cede an inch of Golan, because it is an integral part of Syria, reiterating their rejection of the Israeli occupation’s plan to build wind turbines on their lands and its colonialist and judaization schemes in Golan.
The protest was organized with the participation of a Palestinian delegation from the occupied territories of 1948 in Al-Marj area located between the occupied Syrian villages of Masada and Majdal Shams.
The protesters reiterate their rejection of the occupation’s new proposals which aim at passing its wind turbines project.
“We will not bargain on our right in our land and property and any talk about such concessions is completely rejected,” the people in Golan affirmed.
Some of the participants in the protest spoke to SANA stressing that the international community’s silence has encouraged the Israeli occupation to continue with its attempt to implement its wind turbines project on the lands of the Syrian Golan, affirming that the people in Golan will continue their struggle until they foil this scheme which threatens of confiscating more than 600 hectares of Syrian agricultural land.
