Parliament issues statement on the 77th anniversary of the foundation of Syrian Army

DAMASCUS, Jul.31, (ST)-The People’s Assembly [Parliament] affirmed on Sunday that the Syrian Army has been able to consolidate Syria’s great steadfastness thanks to sacrifices of the heroes of the army personnel.

In a statement released on the occasion of the 77th  anniversary of the foundation of the Syrian Arab Army, the PA referred to the steadfastness of the Syrian Army for more than 10 years in fighting against terrorism, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

The Syrian people are determined to offer further sacrifices so that Syria remains a fortified fortress  in the face of the enemies, the statement added.
