Palestinian Resistance launches “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood” in response to the Israeli occupation criminal acts against the Palestinians and their sanctities
The Palestinian national resistance in Gaza launched (Operation Al-Aqsa Flood) in response to the Israeli occupation’s violations and attacks against Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinians. The resistance shelled the Israeli settlements in the vicinity of Gaza Strip and in the occupied Palestinian lands of 1948 with thousands of rockets.
The Palestinian resistance also announced a state of open war against the occupation forces in all the West Bank areas.
Palestinian media outlets reported that the Palestinian resistance targeted with thousands of missiles the occupation settlements in (Tel Aviv) and Ashkelon in the territories occupied in 1948 and on the outskirts of the Gaza Strip, in response to its continuing crimes against the Palestinians.
Israeli soldiers captured by Palestinian resistance
According to the media outlets, the resistance managed to capture Israeli occupation soldiers during raids carried out by the resistance into some settlements adjacent to the Gaza Strip, where clashes took place between resistance fighters and occupation soldiers. The resistance was also able to seize an occupation vehicle during its operation in Gaza.
The Israeli media acknowledged that an unprecedented number of missiles have targeted the Israeli settlements, and that sirens were still sounding there and shelters were opened, announcing the killing of many settlers and the injury of others.
They Israeli media also acknowledged that the Palestinian resistance has so far managed to capture 35 Israeli soldiers and settlers during raids carried out on some settlements adjacent to Gaza Strip, while the occupation forces closed all military checkpoints surrounding the occupied city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem), and completely prevented entering or leaving the city.
Earlier on Saturday, two Palestinians were martyred and five others were injured in Israeli gunfire east of Al-Breij camp in central Gaza Strip, the Palestinian media outlets reported.
Journalist killed in an Israeli attack on Gaza
In a relevant context, a Palestinian journalist was killed today in an Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip, WAFA News Agency reported.
Mohammad Salhi was killed by the Israeli gunfire while covering the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip, the agency said.
A Palestinian hospital worker was killed today in an Israeli shelling of a hospital in Beit Lahyia, north of Gaza Strip.
WAFA News Agency said that at least one Israeli missile hit the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahiya killing a worker and injuring others while causing damage to vital hospital equipment.
Four Palestinians were earlier killed in Israeli attacks in the north and in the center of the Gaza Strip, according to reports.
Later, the Palestinian media reported that a Palestinian was martyred and several others were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation airstrikes on Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The number of Palestinian martyrs as a result of the Israeli ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 5.
Abbas: Palestinian people have the right to defend themselves against the terrorism of settlers and occupation forces
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, during an emergency leadership meeting, stressed the right of the Palestinian people to defend themselves against the terrorism of settlers and the occupation forces.
The President gave instructions to provide protection for the Palestinian people and also gave directions to provide all that is necessary to bolster the resilience and steadfastness of the Palestinian people in facing the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation and settler gangs, according to WAFA news agency.
Hezbollah: “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood” reaffirms that resistance is the only option to face the criminality the Israeli occupation
Commenting on the “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood”, the Lebanese Hezbollah Party stressed that it affirms once again that resistance is the only option to face the criminality and aggression of the Israeli occupation.
“This operation is a decisive response to the continuing crimes of the occupation and the continuing attacks on sanctities, honor and dignity of the Palestinians, and it newly confirms that the will of the Palestinian people and the armed resistance are the only option in the face the Israeli aggression and occupation, and that the Palestinian is alive and won’t die, and the resistance will continue until liberation is achieved,” Hezbollah said in a statement.
