Palestinian Prisoners’ Club warns of the deterioration of Kayed Al-Fasfous’s health as a result of deliberate medical negligence in the occupation prisons

Occupied Al-Quds- (ST): The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club warned of the deterioration of Kayed Al-Fasfous’s health as a result of the deliberate medical negligence practiced by the Israeli occupation authorities against Palestinian prisoners in its detention centers.

The Club explained in a statement carried by Wafa Agency that the health condition of prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous, 32 years old, is rapidly deteriorating, as he suffers from severe fatigue and general weakness as a result of his continued strike for 36 days, and lately, he has been suffering from a problem with balance and forgetfulness.

The Club indicated that the occupation authorities are carrying out the crime of medical negligence against Fasfous, who has been detained since 2007, by deliberately delaying his transfer to the hospital, accurately diagnosing his health condition, and refusing to provide him with the necessary treatment.

It called on international human rights and humanitarian institutions to pressure the occupation to release the Palestinian prisoners who are subjected to the crime of deliberate medical negligence in the occupation detention centers.
