Palestinian Prisoners Club: The videos published by the occupation of the torture of prisoners are an attempt to target their will and terrorize their families

Occupied Al-Quds(ST)-The Palestinian Prisoners Club confirmed that the Israeli occupation authorities continue to broadcast videos and photos of torture and abuse of prisoners inside its prisons deliberately, in an ongoing attempt by the occupation to target the will of the prisoners and terrorize their families.

WAFA News Agency quoted the Prisoners Club as saying in a statement today:” The occupation used this systematic policy before and after the war of extermination, especially by the minister in the occupation government “Itamar Ben Gvir”, as the occupation soldiers deliberately film the prisoners under torture in humiliating and degrading conditions.”

The club explained that some of these videos came through the Israeli media under the title of leaked videos, and among them was the publication of a video clip of a prisoner being raped by the occupation forces in the “Sde Teiman” prison, noting that the occupation soldiers compete over who achieves a greater level of brutality without the slightest consideration, as these photos and videos carry a serious violation of human laws and norms.

The club explained that these images and clips were not surprising, as there are dozens of documented testimonies of prisoners inside the occupation’s prisons and of liberated prisoners that reveal the extent of the horrific crimes to which they were subjected.

The club pointed out the necessity of not circulating these videos widely because they affect the feelings of the prisoners’ families, and this is part of the central goals that the occupation seeks to establish in the mind and consciousness of the Palestinian person by creating a certain image of him that only the occupation wants.
