Palestinian prisoners Abu Atwan and Makhamrah continue their hunger strike in protest against the occupation’s crimes
Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Palestinian prisoners Al-Ghadanfar Abu Atwan and Khaled Muhammad Makhmarah continue their open-ended hunger strike to protest against the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation towards the Palestinian prisoners in occupation detention centers.
The Palestinian Prisoners and Editors Affairs Authority stated today that prisoner Abu Atwan, 28, who has been detained since last October, has continued his hunger strike for the nineteenth day in a row. Prisoner, Mkhamara 26 years who has been detained since 2016 is continuing his hunger strike for the ninth consecutive day.
Around 4,600 Palestinian prisoners inside the Israeli jails face harsh detention conditions, including 550 prisoners in need of urgent medical intervention.
