Palestinian prisoner Abu Hawash continues his strike for the 132nd day

Palestinian prisoner Hisham Abu Hawash continues his hunger strike in protest against the continuous crimes of the Israeli occupation towards  the prisoners, amid threats to his life.

Wafa News Agency quoted the Palestinian Prisoners Affairs Authority as saying in a statement that there is a real danger to the life of the prisoner Abu Hawash, who continues his strike for the 132nd day due to the severe decrease in his weight.

The commission pointed out that the occupation authorities continue to refuse to release the prisoner Abu Hawash despite the seriousness of his health.

The commission called on the International Committee of the Red Cross and international human rights organizations to pressure the occupation to release him.

About 5,000 Palestinian prisoners inside Israeli jails face harsh detention conditions, including about 600 prisoners who need urgent medical intervention.
